Fashion Icon
Such a F*cking Lady
by: Monifa Coffee
Woman in Mens fashion go back to the early 1900's, Even some of Hollywood's earliest scarlet's such as Greta Garbo, Joan Crawford, and Marlene Dietrich (shown in B&w pic below) wore and embraced their masculine attire.
But let's fast forward to 1977, Woody Allen's cult classic "Annie Hall" starring Diane Keaton (Keaton's original name Diane Hall. She changed it to Diane Keaton which is her mothers maiden name because there was an actress already in the industry at that point in time with the same name.)
Keaton did not need a stylist at all, in fact these treads were Keaton's very own!
I absolutely LOVE to get my "Ellen" on... crisp button up by PINK with tie/bow tie , vest, sexy "Boyfriend" jean, with a mean Giuseppe or Haute Louboutin to set it off.....wow-chici-wow-wow!!!
